On Call Nursing Supervisor 

Under the supervision of the Pinecrest Administrator, organizes and directs the nursing and health care services on a scheduled shift.  Administers medications and treatments as required and maintains appropriate records.  Supervises and directs other facility staff on an assigned shift and assists them as necessary in carrying out their job functions.  Greets and assists visitors to the facility and answers incoming telephone calls.  Oversees the residents and assists and encourage them in their daily activities, interactions and problem resolutions. 

Licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan.  Two years of nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric rehabilitation setting in long-term care, home health, residential housing or a similar setting which provided care to gerontology and/or mentally and physically disabled clients.  Able to become certified in CPR and First Aid.

Salary $20.69/hr.  Position will remain open until filled.

On-Call Resident Associate

Midland County Adult Residential Care Facility seeking individuals to work casual, on-call hours, with the potential of working into a part-time position.  Must be available to work all shifts with a special needs population.  Valid driver's license and high school diploma required.  Experience in housekeeping and personal care a plus. Salary $13.46/hour.

FRIEND OF THE COURT - CLERK I

Under the supervision of the Friend of the Court, or Office Manager for office and workflow coordination, serves as a receptionist and clerk, responding to a variety of procedural and case inquiries, and providing assistance to enforcement, and other staff. Prepares a variety of legal and other documents. Performs a variety of support functions, including, but not limited to, processing various enforcement documents, entering information from orders and other documents into the system, receipting payments, and other related tasks. Greets visitors to the office, establishes purpose of the visit, and obtains information necessary to respond to request. As necessary, provides forms to client and records client information.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of responsible administrative support experience in a court, law office, or related setting.  Notary Public Certification.  Some knowledge of the principles and practices of general office procedures, and local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing the operations of the Friend of the Court Office. 

Current salary range starting at $14.47/hr

DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK - VITAL RECORDS- .80 FTE

Under the supervision of the Deputy County Clerk Supervisor - Vital Records, receives, processes and records documents for births, deaths, marriages and other records processed by the County Clerk’s Office. Assists customers at the counter and by telephone by responding to inquiries related to vital records and the procedures of the County Clerk’s Office. Prepares a variety of statistical reports related to vital records.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in vital records or records management.  The County, at its discretion, may consider an alternative combination of formal education and work experience.  Notary Public certification.  Passport Acceptance Agent certification.  Knowledge of the principles and practices of records management and office procedures.
