Attention – important notice regarding COVID-19 clinics for ages 6 months -11 years

A reminder to parents of children ages 6 months - 11 years who receive their COVID-19 vaccination at the health department.  The health department requires that a parent/legal guardian accompany their child AND sign a consent for vaccination.  No child will be vaccinated unless these conditions are met.  Thank you.
