Vaccination Clinic Sign Up

COVID-19 vaccine eligibility expanded on April 5, 2021 to include ALL communinty members. MCDPH will also continue vaccinating people who were part of previous vaccination groups (people age 65 and better, frontline medical workers, and school personnel). 

Vaccination appointments are for people who live or work in Midland County.

Midland County Department of Public Health will continue to hold weekly walk-in clinics.  These clinics will occur every Tuesday in September and October from 10 am - 4:30 pm AND every Friday in October from 10 am - 2 pm by appointment.  Clinics will be held at the Midland County Department of Public Health on the clinic side.  We are located in the Midland County Services Building - 2nd floor, 220 W Ellsworth St, Midland, MI 48640.  We encourage you to make an appointment online, but if you are unable to schedule, we will also accept walk ins.   Pfizer, Moderna and J & J vaccine are available.  No out-of-pocket cost!  *Additional times may be available by appointment only.  

We can vaccinate anyone 12 years and older that needs a 1st or 2nd dose.  Please bring your vaccination card if this is a 2nd dose.  Register at the link below.
