UPDATE REGARDING TELEPHONE HOURS

Effective November 19, 2020, our office telephone hours will be temporarily reduced to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 2pm. If you are calling outside of these hours, you will be directed to the Michigan State Disbursement Unit IVR. You can still contact our office via email, fax, county website, or the two-way secure messaging feature through MiChildSupport. These lines of communication will continue to be monitored during our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Thank you for your understanding.

The Friend of the Court Office (FOC) is a multi-purpose branch of Circuit Court. We enforce court orders for child support, medical expenses, custody, and parenting time. In addition, we assist the Court by performing investigations, by conducting FOC referee hearings, and by offering conciliation and mediation services to our clients.
