Payment Information for Probate and Juvenile Matters
Payments to the Probate Court can be made in person, over the phone, or by mail.
If you wish to make a payment to the Probate and Juvenile Court by mail, please do not send cash. The preferred method of payment is by money order, certified check or personal check.
Make your payment payable to: 42nd Circuit Court.
You should also include your case number on the payment to ensure proper credit.
